Twist

Horses may seem big and intimidating to humans, but they are vulnerable prey animals. Their experiences over centuries have crafted a being that can jump into swift flight at a moment’s notice. On their legs within minutes of birth, they are movers through and through. As prey animals, they are made safe not only by their speed but by the way they thoroughly rest – pacing themselves and attending to their needs at all times – so they have that energy when they need it.  “Twist” shows the incredible strength and athleticism of a horse, arching his neck and twisting his shoulders while running.
